DSIIDC Liquor Shop List 2026: Areas, Counts and App Bookings

News reports say online liquor booking in Delhi covers only the shops run by DSIIDC, about 208 of them. The Delhi excise department's own map lists 206 DSIIDC shops out of 781 government shops, so only about one Delhi liquor shop in four belongs to this corporation.

So the shop closest to your home may not be part of the booking system at all. This dsiidc liquor shop list shows where the shops are by area, how to confirm that a shop is DSIIDC, and which areas we could not find one in.

Who runs Delhi's liquor shops

Four government bodies run Delhi's retail liquor shops. The excise department's website has a Corporation Vends menu item that opens a map of them. The file behind that map is labelled October 2026. We counted its rows on 2 November 2026:

  • DTTDC (Delhi Tourism and Transportation Development Corporation): 218 shops

  • DSIIDC (Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation): 206 shops

  • DSCSC (Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation): 193 shops

  • DCCWS (Delhi Consumers' Cooperative Wholesale Store): 164 shops

Of the 206 DSIIDC rows, 196 are in the map's retail layer and 10 are in its country liquor layer. Reports say 208 shops, so the map is two short of that figure. We do not know why. A shop may have opened, closed or moved since either count was made.

Reports say the other three corporations are not on the booking system yet. For the booking steps, read our Delhi Liquor Booking app guide. This post stays with the shops.

DSIIDC shops by area

The map's own district labels are not consistent, so we grouped the 206 shops by pin code. The names below are localities, not full addresses. Use the map for the exact shop.

East and North East Delhi (39 shops). Kanti Nagar, Shahdara, Gandhi Nagar, Jheel, Shivpuri, Jagatpuri, Usmanpur, Yamuna Vihar, Maujpur, Bhajanpura, Trilokpuri, Kalyanpuri, Ghazipur, Shakarpur, Nand Nagri, Mandoli, Gokalpuri, Tahirpur, Dayalpur, Dilshad Garden, Jhilmil, Seemapuri, Kondli and Mayur Vihar Phase 3.

North Delhi, including Narela and Bawana (39 shops). Kamla Nagar, Gulabi Bagh, Malka Ganj, Old Sabzi Mandi, Kishan Ganj, Mukherjee Nagar, Kingsway Camp, Jahangirpuri, Azadpur, Adarsh Nagar, Lawrence Road, Tri Nagar, Ashok Vihar, Wazirpur, Swaroop Nagar, Samaypur Badli, Bawana and Narela.

South Delhi (37 shops). Sewa Nagar, Lodhi Road, Kotla Mubarakpur, Jangpura Extension, Malviya Nagar, Saket, Sheikh Sarai, Pushp Vihar, Nehru Place, Okhla, Satya Niketan, R.K. Puram, Defence Colony, Lajpat Nagar, Lado Sarai, Saidulajab, Chhatarpur, Masjid Moth, Greater Kailash II, Vasant Lok, Ambedkar Nagar, East of Kailash, Bhikaji Cama Place, Vasant Kunj and Sarita Vihar.

Central Delhi (28 shops). Connaught Place, Asaf Ali Road, Darya Ganj, Kamla Market, Karol Bagh, Rajendra Place, Anand Parvat, Paharganj, Sadar Bazar, Tis Hazari, Timarpur, South Patel Nagar and Old Rajinder Nagar.

South West Delhi (24 shops). Najafgarh, Nasirpur, Sagarpur, Uttam Nagar, Bindapur, Matiala, Milap Nagar, Nawada, Kiran Garden and Dwarka Sector 19.

West Delhi (22 shops). Moti Nagar, Mansarover Garden, Vikaspuri, New Mahavir Nagar, Punjabi Bagh, Rajouri Garden, Naraina, Lok Nayak Puram, Jwalapuri, Janakpuri, Paschim Vihar and Mayapuri.

North West Delhi and Rohini (17 shops). Pitampura, Rani Bagh, Netaji Subhash Place, Shalimar Bagh, Budh Vihar and Rohini Sectors 2, 7, 8, 15, 16, 18 and 20.

This list shows where DSIIDC shops are. It does not prove that each one takes bookings. Reports describe the first step as choosing a participating DSIIDC store, and no public list of participating shops has been announced yet. The shop list inside the booking system is the final word.

Areas where we found no DSIIDC shop

The gaps matter more than the list. These pin codes have government shops on the map, but no DSIIDC row:

  • Hauz Khas and Green Park (110016)

  • Safdarjung Enclave (110029)

  • South Extension and Ansal Plaza (110049)

  • Jasola and New Friends Colony (110025)

  • Badarpur (110044)

  • Mahipalpur and the airport (110037)

  • Dwarka Sector 6, Palam and Raj Nagar (110077)

  • Dwarka Sectors 12 and 14 (110078)

In all, 22 of the 87 pin codes on the map have no DSIIDC row. Dwarka shows the gap clearly. Its three pin codes hold 20 government shops, and only 2 are DSIIDC, both in Sector 19.

How to confirm a shop is DSIIDC

Do not go by the locality name. Malviya Nagar, Moti Nagar, Defence Colony, Rajouri Garden and Timarpur all appear under DSIIDC and under another corporation. Two shops with the same name can belong to two different systems.

The check takes under a minute:

  1. Open the Corporation Vends map that the excise website links.

  2. Zoom in to your area and tap a pin.

  3. Read the line that says CORP NAME. It must say DSIIDC.

  4. Note the address and the pin code, not only the shop name.

  5. Compare that address with the shop you choose when you book.

The address matters because of how pickup works. Reports say you must collect from the shop you selected during booking, within 48 hours of paying. Whether another DSIIDC shop can honour your QR code has not been announced yet, so plan on using the one you picked.

Before you pay, make sure you are on the real service. Do not pay through a link in a WhatsApp forward or an SMS, and read the name on your UPI screen before you approve. If it shows a private person, stop.

The nearest shop problem

Think of Neha, who lives in Dwarka Sector 12. There are several government shops close to her home, and she has walked past them for years. She reads the news, decides to book, and looks for her usual shop. It is not there, because the map shows DTTDC runs it.

The only DSIIDC shops in Dwarka on the map are in Sector 19. Now the booking means a trip to a shop she does not normally use, with a 48-hour clock running. She could also go to her usual shop and stand at the counter, which is what the booking was meant to save her from.

This is why the booking helps some people more than others. If a DSIIDC shop sits on your way home, it may save you a queue. If it does not, the shorter trip may still be the old one. Officials quoted in the reports said the response so far has not been very good, and that expansion depends on demand. When the other three corporations will join has not been announced yet.

What the shop list does not tell you

We looked for these on 2 November 2026 and did not find a published answer:

  • Country liquor shops. Whether the 10 DSIIDC shops in the country liquor layer take bookings is not announced yet.

  • Live stock. Reports say you can check a brand's availability before you travel. The map shows no stock at all, so check the booking screen.

  • Timings. Booking hours and pickup hours for each shop are not announced yet. The map does not list shop hours.

  • Prices. Whether booking prices differ from the counter is not announced yet.

We will update this post when DSIIDC or the Delhi excise department publishes more.

If you live outside the DSIIDC map, or you are planning a party

Gurugram has no DSIIDC shops, because the corporation's shops on this map are all in Delhi. Haryana has its own rules and its own licensed stores. Barmen runs a runner service there. You appoint a runner, you pay the licensed shop directly, and the bill is in your name. It covers Golf Course Road up to Sun City, DLF Phase 1 to 5, Sushant Lok and Galleria.

A party in Delhi is a different job. Delhi's personal possession limit at home is 9 litres. A party above that, or any party at a banquet hall or farmhouse, needs a P-10 licence from the excise department. The department's page lists Rs. 7,500 or Rs. 15,000 depending on the place. The shop bills are kept at the venue.

Barmen does this work for parties and weddings in Delhi. It handles the P-10, the quantity plan, the bar and the bartenders. The liquor is bought from Delhi licensed shops, and service follows the 25+ rule. Barmen does not bring liquor from Haryana into Delhi.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I find the dsiidc liquor shop list?

The Delhi excise department's website links a Corporation Vends map, and its file is labelled October 2026. Tap any pin to see the corporation, address and pin code. We counted 206 DSIIDC shops on it. No separate public list of shops that take bookings has been announced yet.

How many liquor shops does DSIIDC run in Delhi?

News reports say about 208. The excise department's map lists 206, made up of 196 retail rows and 10 country liquor rows. The small gap may come from shops that opened, closed or moved. Across all four government corporations, the same map lists 781 shops in Delhi.

Can I book liquor at any government shop in Delhi?

No. Reports say only DSIIDC shops are on the booking system right now. DTTDC, DSCSC and DCCWS shops are not on it yet, and no date has been announced for them. Those three corporations run 575 of the 781 shops on the excise department's map.

How do I know if a shop near me is a DSIIDC shop?

Open the excise department's Corporation Vends map, tap the pin for that shop and read the line marked CORP NAME. Do not rely on the locality name, because several areas have shops from two different corporations under the same name. Note the address and match it when you book.

Does every DSIIDC shop take app bookings?

This has not been confirmed in public. Reports describe choosing a participating DSIIDC store, and no list of participating shops has been announced yet. Treat our area list as a guide to where DSIIDC shops are. The shops shown inside the booking system are the ones that count.

Are there DSIIDC shops in Gurugram?

No DSIIDC shop on this map is in Gurugram, and the booking covers Delhi shops only. In Gurugram, Barmen runs a runner service: you pay the licensed shop directly, the bill is in your name, and the runner fetches your bottles, mixers and snacks. It is 21+ only, with ID checked at handover.
