2. Cancellation Requests :
Cancellations will be considered if the request is made within 24 hours of subscribing to the service or before the service activation. Once the service has been activated and the onboarding process has begun, cancellation requests may not be entertained.
3. No Cancellation for Services Already Delivered :
If the requested service has already been provided or delivered (e.g., software implementation, integration, or consulting services), the cancellation request will not be processed.
4. Refund Requests :
Refunds may be provided in case of non-performance or material deficiency in the services delivered. Customers should report the issue within 14 days of service activation by contacting our Customer Service team. Once verified, an appropriate resolution will be offered, which may include a partial or full refund.
5. Services with a Minimum Commitment Period :
Certain services may come with a minimum commitment period. Cancellation and refunds for these services will be subject to the specific terms agreed upon during service subscription
6. Processing Refunds :
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund amount will be transferred via the original payment method used during subscription.
